Acceptance of Terms
By using the Ember Map app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App. Red Dirt Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Age Requirement
The App is available to users of all ages; however, users must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian to make in-app purchases, including the Ember Map Pro subscription.
Restrictions on Use
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may only use the App on approved devices and must download it from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The following activities are prohibited:
- Using the App for commercial purposes;
- Modifying, hacking, reverse engineering, or decompiling the App;
- Unauthorized access to the NSW RFS COP features, which are restricted to authorized NSW RFS members with secure login credentials.
Ember Map Pro Subscription
The Ember Map Pro subscription is subject to the pricing and payment terms specified in the App. Refunds and cancellations are subject to Apple and Google's respective policies. Subscriptions must be canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Ember Map Pro subscription is required for commercial, academic, government, and professional use.
Privacy and Data Collection
Our privacy policy can be found at https://reddirtsolutions.com.au/about-us/privacy-policy. We do not collect location information ourselves, but third-party analytics providers such as Google Analytics, Revenue Cat, Firebase, and Google Maps SDK may collect this data and more. By using the App, you consent to our privacy policy and the data collection practices of these third parties.
Intellectual Property
The App and its content, including but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Red Dirt Solutions or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright laws. All rights are reserved unless otherwise stated in third-party licenses on the about page.

If you have any disputes or issues related to the App, please contact our support team at
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Use.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Red Dirt Solutions operates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
